Looking for information about this guitar - I cannot find any markings on it - Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Very cool! I don't have an answer for you, but you should do some 'Google' searches for "Cowboy Guitars". Many companies made these painted guitars. They were very popular during the '50s and '60s. I think even Martin made a few.
