 Post subject: Nioma Acoustic Lap?

Bought this at a flea market in very rural Oregon years ago. It's an acoustic lap steel with the name Nioma on the headstock, raised nut and what looks to be a newer bridge. I think these were made by Regal and date to the 1930's. The paperwork in the case would support this date. Anyone know anything else? I am currently liquidating some of my music equipment with a baby on the way. Anyone want to suggest a fair price for this?
