Little Kids Rock, a nonprofit music program that brings free, rockin' music education and instruments to low-income school children nationwide, is holding a unique guitar auction that I think you'll all find interesting: http://www.littlekidsrock.org/auction.html

Luminaries such as Slash, Gene Simmons, Jack Johnson, Ziggy Marley, Stephen Colbert and many more are decorating blank Fender Stratocasters to be auctioned in October. All of the proceeds go to Little Kids Rock to help restore and revitalize music in our public schools by including rock, pop, rap, reggae, funk and blues.
